The Friendship APL is committed to ensuring that no pet goes hungry. If you are experiencing financial difficulties and need temporary assistance with pet food, please complete the pet pantry request form below. Our goal is to help families keep their beloved pets at home by providing supplemental pet food support.
How It Works:
- Submit your request via the below form.
- If approved, you’ll be prompted to select an available day/time for your food pick up.
- After selecting a day/time for your food pick up, you will be prompted to answer questions about the pets in your home and your food needs.
Form Purpose:
This form allows residents to request pet food assistance based on availability. Supplies may be limited, and distribution is based on need and inventory.
Important Notes:
- Assistance is intended for temporary relief and not as a long-term pet food source.
- Pick-up locations and schedules will be provided upon approval.
- Special diet requests will be accommodated based on availability.
- Dog food is handed out in a 2-gal Ziploc bag that accounts for 10lbs of dog food. Cat food is handed out in a 1-gal Ziploc bag that accounts for 5lbs of cat food. We have a three bag limit per species of animal.
