Join us for our inaugural 5K race and 1 mile dog walk! Don’t have a dog? No problem! Shelter dogs will be available to “borrow” for the 1 mile walk for a small donation.
All participants will receive a short-sleeved t-shirt.
Friendship APL is a private, independent, 501(c)(3) non-profit humane society founded in Elyria, Ohio in 1957. We own and operate the largest animal shelter in Lorain County.
Friendship APL receives no government funding. We depend on the generosity and financial support of friends and neighbors, and on various fundraisers, to serve the people and animals of Lorain County.
100% of proceeds from this race go to Friendship APL’s mission. Thank you for your support!
