“Change Their Luck” 50/50 Raffle

On June 22nd, Friendship APL was asked to help with the emergency medical care of a itsy bitsy yet terribly ill puppy. Lincoln was found by the side of the road and brought to the Lorain County Dog Kennel.  Because the puppy was vomiting and urinating blood,  we rushed the puppy to an emergency vet. The X-rays revealed that Lincoln had ingested pennies and was suffering from zinc toxicity.

Little Lincoln had surgery to remove the coins from his digestive system. The veterinarians found 45 cents in his tummy! Unfortunately, surgery and treatment for just this pup was $1,700. Here we are again! We need you help! Between all of the animals currently receiving extensive care and surgery, we spent over $8,000 this month alone!  Please help us help him by purchasing a $5 raffle ticket. The more tickets purchased, the larger the winnings for the lucky winner!

The raffle runs from Friday, June 25th to Friday, July 2nd at 2pm. The winner will be announced at 4pm on Facebook Live.
